Nātha Sampradāya

The Nātha Sampradāya is an order of ascetic yogīs, associated by tradition with Matsyendranātha and Gorakṣanātha, credited with shaping and transmitting haṭha yoga from around the 10th–12th centuries. It blended Śaiva devotion, tantra and physical-energetic discipline.
